Tom Cloninger - President

Tom Cloninger – President & CEO

Before co-founding Infusion, Tom was the Global Account Executive on Acxiom Corporation’s General Electric Account. At Acxiom, he was also a Group Executive for the Integrated Marketing Services Organization, consisting of over 140 associates that provided data management, database, analysis, strategy, campaign planning, implementation, and tracking and reporting for clients needing integrated solutions in both on-line and off-line marketing mediums. During his career at Acxiom, Tom worked in the InfoBase Data Unit, from a start-up in 1988, to over $100 million in sales in 2001. He held various roles, including Director of Finance & Administration, Sales Executive, Business Unit Leader, and Group Leader of Sales & Product Management, with full P&L responsibility. Tom’s vision for InfoBase resulted in the development of the first household segmentation product introduced in the U.S.—Acxiom’s PersonicX®.


Curt Louckes - Sales & Marketing Leader

Curt Louckes - Sales & Marketing Leader

For nearly 30 years, prior to co-founding Infusion, Curt held senior sales and marketing positions in the direct marketing agency community, with over 22 years experience working for banking clients. Most recently, he served as VP of Sales for Babcock & Jenkins, the 2006/2007 runner-up for B to B Direct Marketing Agency of the Year. Before Babcock, Curt lead the Direct Marketing Agency Services unit of Acxiom Corporation, which developed successful off-line and on-line campaigns for banks such as Wells Fargo, SunTrust, and Bank of America. Curt was also co-owner of Alcott+Routon, a direct marketing agency now a part of Harland Financial Solutions. The A+R client list featured banks such as Wachovia and National City, as well as a number of community banks. Prior to A+R, he served as VP of Sales for Response Marketing Group, now part of Havas NA, supporting Wachovia Bank and First Tennessee, among others.


Tim Keith - Strategy Leader

Tim Keith - Strategy Leader

Tim joined Infusion from Acxiom Corporation, where he served as Senior Strategist and Financial Services Consultant for their Direct Marketing Agency unit. In that role he consulted with senior product and marketing executives at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, HSBC and other major banking accounts. His strategies and recommendations resulted in more than $10 billion in responder balances. Prior to Acxiom, Tim was SVP, Consumer Deposit Manager for First Tennessee Bank where, during his tenure, consumer deposits grew at 3 times the rate of the markets the bank competed in. At AmSouth Bank, he was VP, Direct Marketing Manager, overseeing the development and execution of all direct marketing programs.


Ricky Buck - Technology Leader

Ricky Buck - Technology Leader

For over 30 years, beginning with IBM and most recently with Acxiom Corporation, Ricky has solved complex systems and data problems, as well as designed and built technology solutions for some of the country’s largest and best-known corporations, including GM, Macy’s, Luxottica and Blockbuster. At Systematics (now part of Fidelity) he implemented application software for large commercial lenders and other financial services clients. Additionally, while at Systematics, he lead the development and support teams for 5 financial services products, as well as leading the Data Processing Operations and Systems in support of Worthen Bank. Prior to Systematics, Ricky, like all good data and technology leaders, started his career at IBM, where he served as a Systems Engineer, Systems Engineering Manager, and supported technical sales for DB2.
