Our Commitment
Infusion Marketing Group, LLC (“Infusion”, “we” or “us”) knows how important privacy is to you (“Client”) and your customers (“Customer”). The following describes the principles and practices we follow to ensure your information and that of your customers are safe.
Privacy Context
Infusion provides direct-to-consumer, cross-sell marketing programs for its Clients through its ProfitGenerator® solution. In the course of providing our service, we are entrusted with:
- information about your institution (primarily, this is marketing related plans and corporate objectives)
- Nonpublic Personal Information (Title V, subtitle A of the GLB Act) about your customers. Infusion receives monthly snapshots of your Customer accounts which contain both personal and financial information.
Independent Contractors and Third Parties
Infusion engages independent contractors to perform certain software upgrades and changes. It is necessary to allow them access to information about you and your customers. Contractors are bound by our Contractor Agreement which obligates them to maintain security and keep your information confidential. Infusion limits the information provided to each partner to that which is required to perform their particular job. Infusion’s contractual agreement with each partner commits them to keep secure and confidential the information handled on our behalf.
Data Security
We encourage Clients to minimize risk by providing only the elements we need to provide our service. We further encourage clients to provide substitute values for account numbers if they are able. Infusion employs multiple security mechanisms to ensure your data is encrypted during any transmission and that your data can only be accessed on our computers by associates or third-parties who need it to perform their tasks. Customer data can not be accessed via the client portal or any other application on the public internet.
Infusion is committed to maintaining a secure data environment using industry best practices and we are continually evaluating ways of enhancing our security as better techniques and technologies emerge in the marketplace.
